The aim of this 2 day practice seminar is to provide participants with an understanding of the requirements and expectations of the Trust in Care policy, procedure and process. Through this seminar Clara Learning Ltd will explore the challenges organisations face when managing safeguarding concerns, where a staff member may be the person causing the abuse to the vulnerable person.
The primary focus of the seminar is to explore effective practice approaches that contribute to safeguarding vulnerable persons at risk of possible abuse, ensuring fairness for the staff member(s) subject to the Trust in Care process.
The seminar will include a combination of facilitator input, group discussions, case scenario tasks and question and answer sessions.
The programme is on 15th & 16th June 2020
at the Westgrove Hotel, Clane, Co Kildare
and costs €375.00 per person.
The course fee includes course materials/handouts, refreshments and lunch on both days.
